The Oakwood Cottage has its own little nook in Prospect. With tall Silver Oak trees right outside your room, frequented by squirrels and birds, the 3 rooms in Oakwood cottage are perfect if your ideal mornings are basking in the soft mountain sun, and admiring nature.

Poolside Cottages

The Poolside Cottages, overlooking the pool, have a bali-esque vibe to them. Adorned with ferns covering the porch, the cottage is a jump away from the beautiful French pool. This wing is also pet friendly!

King’s Cottage

The King’s Cottage are the most spacious rooms in Prospect. Also known as the main wing, these rooms were also some of the first to be built and comissioned on the property 112 years back! Adorned with high ceilings and beautiful porches, the King’s Cottage rooms are true to its name – royal!

Sunset Cottages

For those who enjoy ending the day surrounded by tall Silver Oak trees and basking in the glow of the warm setting sun, there is no better place in Panchgani than Prospect’s Sunset Cottage.

Woodside Cottage

A cottage hosting 5 bedrooms that open up to a common sitting space, Woodside Cottage is the highest point in Prospect. Surrounded by beautiful Silver Oak trees, and boasting of a gazebo that is perfect to lounge in, Woodside Cottage will make you feel like you are living in your very own forest-home.
